Minimum Requirements:- Matric.
- HR related qualification and advantage.
- Previous office management experience, ideally in a chemical distribution related environment.
- Good office management practices.
- Organising and planning skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Telephonic etiquette.
- Administrative and clerical abilities.
- Front of office management - reception, handling of telephones, etc.
- Purchase general offices requirements (stationery, PPE, etc.).
- General administrative support (accounts, debtors/creditors, invoice filing).
- General HR assistance (leave/sick leave, HR documents, contracts, data capturing, sorting and filing).
