Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric.
  • HR related qualification and advantage.
  • Previous office management experience, ideally in a chemical distribution related environment.
  • Good office management practices.
  • Organising and planning skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Telephonic etiquette.
  • Administrative and clerical abilities.
Core Duties:
  • Front of office management - reception, handling of telephones, etc.
  • Purchase general offices requirements (stationery, PPE, etc.).
  • General administrative support (accounts, debtors/creditors, invoice filing).
  • General HR assistance (leave/sick leave, HR documents, contracts, data capturing, sorting and filing).
